德宝直流，即德阳-宝鸡±500千伏直流输电线路，是四川与陕西之间电力互济的重要通道。因工程建设需要，阿坝-成都东特高压工程需从上方跨越德宝直流线路。为减少跨越放线施工对电力供应保障的影响，国网四川电力抢抓德宝直流秋季检修时间，提前进行跨德宝直流区段放线工作。“此前完成了4.37公里线路建设，组立铁塔10基。15天内完成输电导线展放、紧固和附件安装等系列工作。”国网四川建设公司阿坝区域项目部绵阳分部主任龚义贵称，本次跨越放线作业，采取了全机械化施工作业方式，3个月时间完成跨越段内全部基础和组塔施工。
