蔡佳欣告诉记者，乌拉圭牛肉美味的秘诀在于该国的饲养方式与法律保障。乌拉圭80%的土地用于畜牧业生产，采用天然的散养草饲方式，所以肉类健康绿色。同时，乌相关法律保障了所有牛从出生起就携带智能耳标芯片，可以追溯牛的一生，从而保证了整个生产体系的健康安全。法律还禁止在牛的饲养过程中使用抗生素、生长激素和动物蛋白，这也极大地保证了肉类食品的安全问题。
