论坛发布了波罗的海国际航运公会(BIMCO)有关标准合同(中文版)。据悉，为推动海事仲裁服务专业化、品牌化、国际化发展，更好服务保障上海国际航运中心建设，上海仲裁委员会、中国海事仲裁委员会上海总部与上海波罗的海国际航运公会亚太中心、上海海事大学、上海市浦东新区和虹口区航运服务办公室，合作译制波罗的海国际航运公会(BIMCO)制定的SHIPMAN24(船舶管理合同)、HEAVYCON07(重大件租船合同)、TOWCON21(远洋拖航合同)、WINDTIME13(标准海上风电场人员转移和支持船租船合同)4份标准合同中文版，拟设“上仲格式”“中国海仲格式”争议解决条款，可为国际航运领域经营主体提供法律风险防范和争议解决指引。
